Directions
Hot Therapy
Mist the herbal pack lightly with water. Microwave on high for up to 2 minutes. For reheating, mist again and heat for 1 to 1.5 minutes. Do not overheat. Always check temperature before use.
Cold Therapy
Place the pack in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for 1–2 hours. Ideal for inflammation or cooling relief.
Care
Surface clean only. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
